		<description>Cardinal George is to be commended for his clear, direct, and forceful letter to the President-elect [Obama] on the Freedom of Choice Act.

It is a pro-active approach, anticipating, weeks before Mr. Obama takes office, his promise to NARAL and Planned Parenthood.

In the end, it is a cautionary letter to assert that the Catholic vote will not be taken for granted in 2012.
