Carmelites send an urgent prayer request

Their has been a rather urgent email from the Carmelites in Quito, Ecuador asking for prayers for one of their sisters. If you remember last year The Friends of the Apostolate of the Lady of Good Success sent out an appeal for funds for medical treatments for 3 sisters. One who had a septicemia, one who had a virus and another who has cancer. The sister, Sr Maria Fanny, who has cancer was treated for it last year but the cancer is back and this time a very serious operation is necessary. The Mother Superior asked us if she could send us an email asking for prayers from all of you. Please pray for these good sisters.
I also would like you to be made aware that May 17th (the day of Sr Maria Fanny of St Mariana of Jesus is having her surgery) is the start of the Novena to St Mariana of Jesus. The Lily of Quito. The Carmelites live in the original house of St Mariana. So if you could join us in the Novena starting on May 17th for the Carmelites we would much appreciate it.

We would like to tell you that our Sister Maria Fanny will not need surgery,now that the Lord does great works with his daughters, especially with her.
The doctor, who attended her this morning ( May 16th), when they were going to hospitalize her, gave us the news that there was a conference of the doctors. They studied the x-rays and found out that the tumor she had has shrunk and for the time being they are considering that it may not be malignant; Therefore,they decided to postpone the surgery for another two months to see how the progress will continue.
We see clearly that your prayers were very efffective, for which we are greatly thankful and continue to remember us in your holy prayers; as for the same,we will offer ours in gratitude to the answer of the Lord

El Señor ha estado grande con nosotros y estamos alegres, queremos contarles que nuestra Hermana María Fanny no va ha ser intervenida quirúrgicamente, ya que el Señor hace obras grandes con sus hijas, especialmente con ella.
El doctor que le atendió esta mañana, cuando la íbamos a hospitalizar, nos encontramos con la noticia de que hubo una reunión de los médicos y haciendo el estudio de la tomografía se encontraron de que el nódulo que tiene a decrecido, y por tanto se cree que no es maligno; y es así que decidieron prorrogarle por dos meses la intervención quirúrgica, para ver el progreso que se va teniendo.
Vemos claramente que sus oraciones resultaron muy efectivas, por lo cual les agradecemos y nos encomendamos todas a sus santas oraciones; al igual que les ofrecemos las nuestras en gratitud a la respuesta del Señor.

Urgent request of prayer for my mummy

Before 8 month she saw a small tumor or bulge on her left side breast, as we are totally 3 daughters and one son, we all are married, our son is unmarried and we all get tense soon if something happens to our mom. Due to this she did not told anything to any body after 8 months now she thought to consult the Dr.
So she alone went to gynecologist, and consulted dr. so Dr told nothing to worry but as you age is 60, your consult a surgeon. so she met R.K. Shah surgeon,
that surgeon told that to take many test such as monogram, blood test etc.
So with all that test papers she has to meet that dr in the evening.
Pl.Pl. I would 100 time request you to pl. pray for my mummy with us that let the bulge should vanish. and she should not under go with any operation. Pl.cure her. and mainly pray that bulge should not be a cancer. Pl.
We lost our father when we were too young, now we has got our mom only as an elderly person at home.
Pl, pray that she should be all right and should live a long health life. AT last all the things happened has god wish we people are there just to pray. let all of us put all the sorrow under the feet of Jesus Christ.

Please pray with me, I am 31 and it seems no one will hire me, I do not have a license at the moment and my mother is supporting myself and my dad, I am dating someone and I do not know if I even like him. My bills are piling up, I am taking pills to sleep, I stay in the house all day, I recently graduated from college with my bachelors and I am praying for God to help me, my father is mentaly abusive to me and doesn’t want me here, I have no income or money at the moment, I owe over a thousand bills in credit cards since that is what I have been living off. I am very blessed that God has shown me mercy, grace, and forgiveness when I didn’t feel and don’t feel I deserve it. God says ask and you shall recieve and you have not because you ask not, I am asking for a part-time job that I love and is in my field while I go nights for my masters, I am asking for money, I am asking to be able to have a saving and checking account to release the burden from my mother, I am asking for great favor to be shown to my mother from God especially health and finances, I prayed and prayed for years for Kevin to return a call or email or reconcile and I give up on that I will no longer pray to make amends with one of my so called best friends. I am depressed and confess I know I am blessed with all my needs being met like food, shelter, clothing, a bed to sleep in, I am asking for a home of my own fully paid for, God has said all things are possible, I have no ambition or energy right now and my father on earth is so controlling and mean, I can’t use my treadmill which relieves my stress, I havea room downstairs with no curtains so everyone can see me and he doesn’t care even when I ask for curtains. Dear Friends- In a recent email, the Apostolate mentioned that the Carmelites are in need once again. Unfortunately up until today- upon receipt of this email (see below) from one of our Carmelites there, we have received not one response for assistance. Please pray that we are successful in trying to get some kind of help to Sister Beatrice. We are such a tiny organization that we alone cannot do any for the good of the Church who is now going through Her Passion. We- that is the Apostolate- can only do some poor begging on the part of these good sisters who are suffering. Unfortunately, the Apostolate has no savings account, no property -we are much like St. Francis. We have no one to rely for helping the sisters except for your generosity. We have purposely not contacted them since we talked to them last- about 2 weeks ago because we did not want to disappoint them in telling them we have no donations to give them. Please help us to help them. We need to hear from some of you so that we can assure them of our assistance! We would hate to tell them that all of their benefactors of the past have now closed a deaf ear to their pleas for help. They remember all of you in their daily prayers and sacrifices
Also we do not usually ask for prayers for the workers here at the Apostolate but we are now asking for them. Please pray for us for a very special and serious intention. We need your prayers in order for certain problems to be rectified as well as the stamina and courage to continue our work here~!!! We are being attacked on several levels.

I need you to call right away, as we need your help.
I have some emails for you to contact for Hermanita Beatriz. She has been sitting in a wheelchair for much to long, and her hip surgery is needed right away… as this is damaging her hip further.
Also, please, email my doctor and ask for a referral to a Orthopedist. maybe Sister Beatriz, and can travel to USA for the surgical repair. The Sisters at St. Josephs Hospital have helped Religious before, Maybe they will house whoever comes. It is an idea, that will save her life if she continues to sit in the wheelchair, she could suffer a clot, ….well this is how my mother died. That is all for now, if you can call today, this will be a miracle for Sister Beatriz. There is an extreme need here in the convent, for money, to help with Sister Fanny as well. I continue to pray for you and will for the rest of my life. I need your prayers too.

Praise the Lord.Please pray that Mr.Dsouza may be totally delivered from all those things that are holding him in bondage from the crown of his head to the soles of his feet by various people from time to time. I know Mr.Dsouza for the past 4 and a half years and initially when the Almighty God introduced him to me personally he was a totally different person,who is to talk to me so freely and without any heistation,but things started going wrong when he opened his mouth to disclose to those connected to him in various ways,concerning me and showed great joy and

He has not even called me for Christmas,although he promised me that he would come to see me whilst in Goa.I have noticed that each time I send across a Prayer Request in his name asking for Prayers, he calls or he signs in online and talks to me.For the past so many months he has kept his cell off and he says his cell is lost. I cannot believe,I feel he is telling lies,he is either involved with somone or he has changed his number and given away his cell to somone else to use it.Please pray that whatever it is,just as the Almighty God revealed this guy to me in visions, dreams,revelations and confimred each and everything about him to me in different ways,the Almighty God himself may do somthing about this friendhsip and relationship. I know that God has gifted him to me. In the past I closed the doors God had opened for me without my knowledge but now with the Lord revealing so many things to me I dont want to make wrong decisions and regret at leisure. i am begging for your intercessory prayers for my mom, susan odivilas. she will be operated on her spinal column because the doctors found a growth in her vertebra. there is a big chance that she might become paralyzed because the spinal column is very sensitive. please pray for her good health, for a successful operation and the growth is not cancerous. thank you so much and may the Almighty Lord bless you abundantly.

I have terrible pain in my right hand since the past two weeks. I visited the doctor last week and she said it will heal by this week, but it hasn’t. The pain is less but still there. I am unable to use the right hand properly and have had to use my left hand to do things. Since the past two days my left hand had also been hurting, though very slightly. I just browse online after me and my husband talked. I was caught by him trying to set-up my phone to track him bec recently I found a sex lubricant on his beltbag. I have a feeling that he have other woman. Aside from that, I was a battered wife since we got married last Oct. 2001. He have beaten me and even pointing a gun on my head. Worse was just a month ago, he slap the gun on leg. I really cried for such pain and it took me 2 weeks before it cure. I even experience a huge blackeye when we were in Manila. My mother knews that he’s been hurting me since we got married but got nothing to do bec he is a good provider. He is not a drunker or a drug addict. When he beats me, he is just so angry not drunk. He sometimes ask apology but sometimes not. He ussually says, it’s my fault bec I nag to him or I make him mad. Not only physically… but emotionally… It’s always comes out on his mouth suggesting me to commit suicide which sometimes I tempt to do bec he’s asking me to do it. He always tell me that have a big regrets on our marriage. He always count for the things he bought for me and say “you shouldn’t have this luxury life without me”. Hec always says He don’t love me when we’re fighting. But he do when not on fight. Just lately, he easily gets mad when I ask where he’s been. He just said ususera daw ako. Though we also have happy moments together that holding me and ofcoures my thre little boys. I can’t afford letting them grow without a father like what happened to. I’m the only child and my mom raised me from birth till I got married without a husband. I felt something lacking that’s why I decided to just have more patience on my husband who keeps on hurting me. After our serious talk without shouting and beating… I adjourned our marriage. Telling him that I can’t take it anymore…. Telling him all he have done to me hurts me and he can no longer change… His violence against me is already part of his being…. Now, I’m asking myself how to start and what will happen next. I have a job in a call center industry that could posibly rely on for financial support. Bu the expenses that we have, it will not cover everything. House amortisation… Credit card bills.. phone bills… tuintion fees… food… milk…. diapers and etc…

I am writing this letter, as i need an urgent answer to my prayers. with out my knowledge, my concentration towards prayers and depth to words of god is being losing, and till this days even with difficulties , i dint bother to return back. but today something with in me is getting so back, that i feel the some ill power is in me that is the reason, i am not able to pray as before. Dear BROTHER,
My husband MR. Sam and children came to Doha last year, he got a job through prayer at the right time and at the right moment. PRAISE THE LORD. But this year, company is not going to renew his contract. They said he has to search for the job in other companies before the end of the September. He has to take the appointment order with offer letter, then they will give the release with no objection certificate. Otherwise he and children have to go back to India on October 1st leaving me here alone. After that they cannot enter the country for the next two years. Period is so short. He has to get a job. We all of us should live together here. My son is in tenth std. My daughter is in eleventh std. Their studies should not be affected. We our family members should not get separated. Please pray for us , for my husband’s job , for NOC, experience certificate, for his visa processing, for children visa processing , for new RP processing, etc.
Pls brother pray for us , he has to get a job very soon. God has to show him where to apply for the job. After getting the job immediately they have to start visa transfer processing. This month is Ramadhan month. So All Govt activities will be slowed down. Working hours in Govt is very short. With all this problems, God has to do a great miracle in our life to glorify HIM.

Father My name is Brian I am working in Qatar . On December 6th I was terminated from my job. My wife and children are residing with me in Qatar My daughter is studying in the 9th std in an Indian school in Qatar.
Father My wife works for a hospital in Qatar since I lost my job she has applied to her hospital to take her under her sponsorship her papers are under process it got rejected the first time she re applied again still we did not get a reply please father pray that her papers get processed as my company is just waiting for her passport so that they can cancel all our visas. If her paper is processed she can continue working in Qatar .
My other worry is my daughter is studying in the 9th and she has her final exams fro the 14th of march till the 21 of march please pray that my company holds me back so that at least my daughter can complete her exams.
since I lost my job we have many misunderstanding in the family we husband and wife fight every day because both of us our tensed we don’t know what will be the result my wife is too impatient she looses her temper fast .
